If anybody cleans the inside of their helmet, what did you use? I've seen a couple of products, but would like some suggestions on household products that will work first.
Thanks for all replies.

I've seen baby shampoo recommended in the magazines.  Rinse 'em out well, and let them dry naturally in the warm, not in a real hot place.  My Shoei has a removable lining that I pull out and wash with ordinary soap and warm water.

Wash it with a mild shampoo in the shower.  It'll take a couple of days to dry completely, though you can wear it on a nice long ride if it's warm out to help the drying process.  Make sure you rinse it really well.
