Carb sync

my friends 250 ninja runs like crap.  i think the carbs need to be synced.  if i search the forum and find intructions for syncing,  can i apply that to his ninja? will it be basically the same?

The ninja 250 has two carbs (Keihin CVK30 x 2), then the principle of synching is the same. I don't know enough to tell you where to hook up your vacuum gague, though.
