Not sure either, but I'm guessing it is like an "Umbrella Girl" that stands around at drifting events, JapanGT, and the like with umbrellas, promoting goods made by manufacturers suchs as Brembo, AEM, Endless, Blitz and  wearing 3 inch vinyl skirts, tube tops, and about a pound of my drool.
