gs04f exhaust

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone out here might have some part numbers for a rejet kit and exhaust kit for either a v&h or yosh' that would fit  an 04. I went to my dealership but they were no help so I turn to you guys. I'm a dud when it comes to this so I'd appreciate any help ya'll can offer.

I have been having the same problem finding an exhaust for my 04.  no one at any dealer or accessory store seems to no anything about it.  i took it up to a gas station near my house and  the guy there said that the pipe on there isn't strait enough for a slip on.  so the only solution i can coume up with is to have custom pipes made.  unless the v&h system that works for the 500e is the same.  if anyone knows i would love the info as well......

any FULL system for a gs500 should work.

Slip-ons from older gs's will not work.


I highly suggest contacting srinath.  You can get a wileyco can and flange for cheap.  They sound AWESOME and work really well

it seems most anything at cycle shops as far as aftermarket goes halts at around 2002 gs500s, and there are no listings for 04, but if you dig in these forums you will find hundreds of aftermarket upgrades, be it cosmetic or performance it can be had for any year gs500. also note most non cosmetic upgrades work on a wide range of years for the GSs

Contact Srinath here on GStwin, send him your carbs to be rebuilt properly.  He also has a flange that you can purchase, that works with WileyCo exhaust cans off Ebay.  Check with him for all the right parts.  He can hook you up for all of this.

Trioval and red micron cans ... looked awesome ... they'd slide on a 04 without flange. But hurry, they are 50% off and will go fast ...
