I'll be removing the exhaust to weld on the srinath flange for the Wileyco can.  Will new exhaust gaskets be needed?  or can I get by reusing the original ones?

You should be able to get away with using the old ones depending on their condition. Use your best judgement. But, I wouldn't use them a third time.

I just installed a wiley co yesterday on an 04f with 4000 miles and my gaskets were perfect, if your bike is even a few years old i would recommend getting new gaskets as well as some antiseize for the header bolts
