Does any slipe on pipe for the GSX fit the GS 500? I've been suggested to look for a wileyco can and/or a flange from srinath. I only see the for the GSX.
Aslo does anyone have any commnets/info about a Dyno Kit upgrade...

Thanks

go to the section above and do a search for exhaust theres heaps of posts same with the dyno jet, wish I could give you an opinion on the jets but haven't done that yet I have to get an exhaust system first to make it worth it but I can tell you do suspension work first you will go faster with better suspension and the brakes work much better with progresive springs.
Sorry went off subject there

the general consensus seems to be that the dynojet kit is overpriced for what you get.  Most folks on here just buy cheap replacement jets.  Do a search for "rejetting" with author "seshadri_srinath" in the general forum.  You will get a ton of posts to sift through, but one of them will have the answer.

There might be a rejetting FAQ in the FAQ forum.

For the exhaust question, try searching for "slip-on" and diameter.  The question is whether the two bikes have the same diameter midpipe.

hey Ray,  not cheep jets, the right jets.  dyno jet gets them from mikuni and sells you a box of them for a profit.  in this box is a whole pile of crap you don't want or need. but the still need to make money off it so the charge up the ass for it.   so instead of spending 20 bucks on 4 indivijual jets  you buy this "kit" that contains a bunch of crap and pay 90.

now another option that isn't normally mentioned here is the shop re-jet.  I know that backroads triumph in jacksonville NC whould do it for 140 not including parts. but that includes a min of 2 dyno runs to dial the jets in. which normally run 50 bucks or so each.
