What did your lunch consist of?

OK...  My actual first meal of the day was a Mt Dew and two smokes...  And maybe a few bugs on the way to work.

The Egg Muffin was at about 11:00...  Not really lunch IMO.

1 Cobb salad
another pint of blueberries
1 protein bar

What's wrong with Cookie Crisp??  I usually have Lucky Charms for breakfast, but I was running late today.

ok i was gonna make a smart ass remark, regarding the time it takes to eat cookie crisp ceral as oppose to eating lucky charms cereal, but then I realized that you werent the one that posted about eating cookie crisp.  

anyway.  For mid day snack i had beef jerky.

Dinner -- Maybe sleep! Working makes me tired!

ok for del taco if your a fan of the chicken soft tacos and a quesadilla.  get the combo that has the 2 tacos and the quesadilla.  Make it large size (they give you another taco since you dont get a larger fry) and then tell them you want CHICKEN SOFT tacos.  it comes out to be like $5.02 for 3 chicken soft tacos, a quesidilla and a drink.  Good times there

Snack: had ice cream with my sister for her b-day
Lunch: Half a bag of field greens salad, with a can of tuna fish tossed on top and some lite olive oil/balsamic vinagrette, maybe 8 pretzel sticks
Dinner: Clif bar

Add in about 2 and a half quarts of water and a big cup of green tea  
Plus a plate of French fries and 2 mighty tasty beers

As I'm currently on night shift, lunch was supper and supper was breakfast and all of them were strong black coffee (hospital issue   ) and stale bread with no spreads.  And an apple.

I'm on the thread late, but today, all I've had is a walmart family size macaroni meal with a can of hormel no-bean chili dumped in. YUM.
And sweet tea.

Its Friday, its time for beer, meat and potatoes.  Wheres the beef?  

a had a nice water crecsnat, with a hint of dijion mustard, and some spring greens      

 forget that go get you a steak burger, some fries, and the biggest beer/soda you can find.
