I was on my way to work today at a stoplight, a guy in a dodge dakota pulls up.

Guy in truck: "What year is that?"
Me: "'96"
Guy in truck: "I've never seen that model before, I really like it nice bike!"
Me: "thanks it's a.... Beep(light turned green and I left)

Kinda put a smile on my face for the rest of the commute :)

LIFE should NOT be a journey to the GRAVE with the intention of arriving SAFELY in an attractive and well PRESERVED body, but rather to SKID in sideways, CIGAR in one hand, favorite beverage in the other, body thoroughly USED UP, totally WORN OUT, and screaming WOW - WHAT A RIDE!

When a co-worker saw my bike:

The only comment I ever recieved was when I went to the stealership to get new tires, and they said that was the cleanest GS they had ever seen. Apparently according to them, most of them come in trashed, and covered in rust.

I guess that was a compliment.
