I'm back...

The poll showed that more people either like me and my ideas or are neutral than don't.

So, I've decided to stick around and give you all bits of my thoughts.  I'll make the time to visit.

My trip was cut short when in Montana we had a close encounter with a moose... a BIG moose.  He was in the middle of the road and forced me onto the right shoulder.  The car must have gone into the dirt because it skidded over into the median.  I recovered from that only to slide across the road and into the guard rail.  Everyone was OK and the car suffered $4000 in damage.  Luckily it could be driven and I went the 4,000 mile home with a crushed front end.

Anyway, it's good to be home.  We had a great time before the "encounter".

I'll look forward to sparring with you all.

Please, let's stick to the facts and not get into personal name calling.  I can call you names as well as you can and it doesn't really accomplish anything.  Stick to the subject not the personality of the poster.

Oh, and that guy in the other thread "tick" or something, it wasn't me.  Seriously, I think I can defend myself without making up people to defend me.  The thread is locked or I'd have put this there.  Personally I think it's a nemesis of mine who logged in under that name to make it look like me and to make me look bad.  If so, shame on you.  If not,  I am happy to see his reply.

Anyway, I'll say it if you don't...  Welcome back!

Joe, I don't care what your mommy or daddy told you, YOU AREN'T THAT SPECIAL.  Looks like i have to turn to ignoring this board so you continue on your fishing expiditions and i'll spend less time reading this board and more time riding.  Until either you get a life and move on to a board that has to do with your bike, OR.... someone finally rids this board of the cancer you are, I wish you all a farewell.

And to Joe :nana:

That is too bad about the Moose, but atleast your OK.
Richard died in a motorcycle accident that was at no fault of his own.  We lost a good friend and good member of this board.  Though Rich may be gone, his legacy will live on here.

You'd think that a whole militia could handle a single moose.

Wow.  I can't believe I wrote that.  So mean.  I feel bad.  Seriously, sorry about your wreck.  At least you didn't hit it and have it come up over the hood.  Those are dangerous beasts.

Also, I think some of the indifference you noticed on the poll were because many of the people that responded had never read the content of your posts.  I think maybe Ed and Wilson are the only posters that have expressed much agreement with you.

But whatever.  You're back.  So. . . well. . . you're back.
