I understand that Canada's rulers recently elevated Ben Dover to a celebrated state sanctioned position.        Still, that doesn't look like Ben's number on the number plate.  It looks like a letter or someone's initial.  "K" is for KevinC?  He was one who traitored--I mean
traded--his GS for an SV for the track.
