I inquired about a bike that was on craigslist.com and the reply email said he would like to use this serivce as payment

Has anybode ever used this?  I was wondering if it was some type of scam.  The bike was listed in the Atlanta section but when I inquired about it the bike was in Arkansaw.  I'm not going to purchase it but I was wondering if this was a valid service like paypal or not.

Scammo .... no buying a bike I cannot touch, feel and freaking hell sit on ... OK fine some of them are missing seats etc ... but I'll sit on the frame rails. Tell him You have a friend in Arkansas and he'll come by and pay him. If he agrees, well then find someone here that's close to him to go by and check it out. Gstwin has looooong arm.
