Tail light sticks on?

Every once and a while (maybe one out of 10 rides), when I remove the key from the bike the tail light stays on.

What could cause this?

But...  It's the "Parking Light" feature...

When you turn the key too far it leaves the tail light on...

So...  When you turn the bike off, don't crank the key all the way.
