Bought a used 2003, which manual would you recommend Clymer or factory manual?

I would say get the factory and the haynes.  I actually have 2 Clymer manuals.  I think the clymers are garbage personally.  From what i have seen the haynes are more detailed.

you can download and print the FSRM...far superior to the clymer.  You don't don't see suzuki techs walking around fixing people's bikes with clymer manuals.

I'll have to look but I found it a while back while I was d/l'ing my TLS manual.  I found it, the EX's, and one for K3 GSXR 1000's.

The factory manual I have covers aii GS 500 s . The last chapter covers the 500 F . ITs very good for info but not very well organized . The aftermarket manuals are more [ weekend wrench friendly ] and they walk you through each step plus for newbees it has a [how to use tools ] section plus a [routine tune up chapter.] Also the non factory manuals have better wiring diagrams.
