Newbie from Wilmington NC

Hey everyone just wanted to introduce myself. Im a new rider and im picking up my first bike which is a GS500 in the 3rd. Im really excited and from all the research i have done it sounds like a pretty solid bike. Well i hope to get up with ya'll later.

Is M&M Cycles still around in Jacksonville? I went on a few sunday rides with the guy from that shop. We would meet up at the hardees on 24 and plot out a ride and take off. He is also a good source for parts and rather cheap labour costs if you can't do your own. Have fun riding in the area, I still have some marked up maps from some of the rides I used to take there. Just remember cotton is not your friend and watch out on the bridge on 17.

Not worried about him at all been on alot of car forums and i know it comes with the territory. But im going to bike her up in the morning and bring her back home. Its going to be great. But thank you guys for the warm welcome. After i take my class if anyone is in the area we could get and ride a little.
