L.A. need help eval & find used GS. "Saturday"

Is anybody available in the LA area to help me evaluate a used GS?

Luckily I have found a few GS500 used bikes and even a few EX500 (However this site has made me really respect the GS!).

This is my first bike, and I don't trust myself to be able to evaluate a good deal from a bad buy. 

From San Fernado Valley to San Diego, let me know if there are any great deals to be had.

Costa Mesa is pretty close to me. Neophyte, if this is the only bike you're looking at in OC, I can probably check it out for you and let you know if it's worth looking at. Possibly save you a trip down. $2000 does sound overpriced for a 95. I got my 2000 for $2000.

We made some calls but none of the sellers were available to let us look at the bikes.

Well I have been looking for a good deal on a GS, however I have found "over Priced", sellers that are too busy to show the bike. been out-bid on a bike, and found one with fuel problems.  A Suzuki dealership tried to talk me into a SV650, but I would really like the ease of up-keep of the 500.  So the search continues.  UGgggg
