90 HP and only 106 MPH?  That doesn't sound right.  Neither does $43,000.  Give me an Ariel Atom. :)

Every zero you add to the tolerance adds a zero to the price.

If the product "fails" will the product liability insurance pay for the "failure" until it turns 18?

Well it weights in at a wopping 375 kgs (826.725 lbs) and has a little more then half the displacement of the Atom.  So the p/w ratio or the Atom, being a little heavier and a lot more powerful, would be quite a bit faster.  Plus that thing looks retarded.

I didn't see the weight.  That's a beast!  However, my pickup has a P/W ratio half of that, and it can almost reach 106 (100 indicated is the fastest I've been able to get it)

(96HP)(33,000ft-lbs) = 3,168,000 ft-lbs/min

(106MPH)(5,280) = 559,680 ft/hr

559,680 / 60 = 9328 ft/min

(3,168,000 ft-lbs) / (9,328 ft/min) = 340 lbs drag.

Assuming HP is actually RWHP.  Also negating tire friction losses and grade.

Pretty much in line for a motorcycle.  The thing has a lot of area.

That thing is probably geared to accelerate though.  So the gears are the limiting factor.  If it was geared higher, slower acc, then it would have a faster top speed.

Man GeeP, check your units.  Half of those calculations don't make any sense.

You know...  An English plowhorse is capable of 375 MPH at 1lb drawbar pull.   That's a lot of plowin'!   :icon_razz:

OK, so I missed a couple hyphens on my units.  I was eating breakfast.   :)
