So I park my bike the other night then when i go hop on it to ride the next day the bike will hardly go. It takes for ever to climb the rpms. You give full throttle and it takes for ever to get up enough speed to get out of first. Pulled the carbs off and took a looksy but didt see anything apparent in the bowls or any tears in the rubber slider boot. The carbs are freshly rebuilt. When i pulled the filter off to see what was goin on the slides seemed to be functioning. but since the bike cant rey up smooth they just kinda flutter when you twist the throttle. And even though the choke functions fine mechanically it does not change the idle or how the bike runs but does help if used when startin it up cold. Shoot me some ideas. Thanks

Sounds like its running rich, check the floats out and make sure the needle valve isnt sticking. Make sure the little spring ontop of the needle valve isnt sticking either.
