What kind of belly pan is this?

hey all, I grabbed this screencap from one of the movies hosted on the mainpage in the review of the V&H exhaust.  Is it just me, or does this bike look badass?  What kind of belly pan is that?  What kind of fairing?  Does anybody have the lowdown on this bike?
