Finally did my first oil & filter change

Was it the first oil change you have ever done on the GS, or the first oil change you performed on anything ever?

The GS is the first motorcycle I'd ever done an oil change on. The cartidge style oil filter kinda through me off the first time. I had always changed the oil in my cars with the spin-on style filters but never the cartidge style.  Oddly enough, I just did my girlfriend's '03 Sunfire oil change this weekend and sure enough, one of them stupid cartidge style oil filters. 

Congrats. Wasn't as hard as you probably thought, was it?
