What pressure are you guys running on the front and rear with the Sport Demon.

I am finding my rear wheel is sliding a lot through sharp turns at higher speeds. I think it might be due to tire pressure. I thought the Sport Demons were more sticky than the BT45s, it seems that my Rear Sport Demon is all over the place!

What do you guys think? :dunno_white:
Black '04 GS500F, Russel Stainless front line, PIAA Plasma GTX H4 Bulb, Custom integrated tailight, NGK Iridium Spark Plugs, Remote Alarm and Full LED lighting, 15 tooth sprocket swap, flush mount front signals, Rear Hugger, Carbon levers, Custom Rear wheel hugger, Pirelli Sport Demons, LED Guages

How many miles have you put on them?

They're slick when they're new.

I think Alpha smokes a little crack sometimes.   :icon_mrgreen:

He's right.  Lower tire pressures lead to slightly better traction in most cases.  Just ask anyone who races.

I run my 110/80 and 150/70 Lasertecs at 36 f and 38 r psi which is inline with Metz recommendations.  I weigh about 250# now.

Their max figure for solo and min figure for 2 up light.

yeah, the Sport Demons are much sticker than the BT45(well at least my old ones ) but you have to scrub them in otherwise if you start hiting the twisites hard with out fist scrubbing them in they feel really loose. To scrub mine In I did some figure 8's in a huge parking lot, in fact I was going fast enough that I scaped my pegs for the first time( and have not done it since)
