Can anyone suggest a good cover that will fit the GS? Or, which bikes are around the same size and shape (if the manufacturer has a list of models but not the GS)? I figure I should probably be covering it, since it's parked outside.

I think suzuki makes a specific one for the GS?

If not, don't they class them by wheelbase and height?

I have a Covermax cover.  It is the Xlarge size I think.

wouldn't a tarp hold in moisture?

Promoting rust and corrosion, as well as mildew in the seat foam?

Tarps are not good storage for bikes.. they will hold moisture and gas fumes. Im sure its better than nothing.. but you can get a nice fitted cheap cover for $27 Shipped @ www.jcwhitney.com They have heat resistant panels and elastic to hold it tight.. They are also breathable to let fumes and moisture out

I have had my cover  http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/tf-Browse/s-10101/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2010143/showCustom-0/p-2010143/N-111+10211+600014650/c-10111 for a little over a year now and its held up well..
