I found several Yoshi slip-ons on e-bay for $50 that have 2.25" openings.  Will there be any power loss caused by a mid-pipe that flares out from the 2" stock pipe to the 2.25" slip-on ??

Or would it be better to have a 2" pipe made and use a bolt on ??   :icon_rolleyes:

no but its not 2" its only 45mm which is 1 3/4 inches i think(im a metric boy)
so you would have to get a link pipe that went from 13/4" to 2 1/4"  if you manage that it should be sweet as. i went from 1 3/4 to 2 with a r6 link pipe and jammed a quill can on from a r1
good luck let us know how you get on.

Some of the slip-ons from e-bay include the mid pipe.  The shape of the mid pipe will not be exact match for the GS and has to be bent or cut down.

i got a r6 link pipe as it has the 1 3/4 to 2  on it then got it cut and welded. as its not quite the right shape

hope that helps. my exhaust sounds awesome, :thumb:
