hey ranger how do you like that XD?  I was thinking about getting a P99, but i saw an ad for the XD and it peaked my interest.

and hmmm burnouts are something i should try, along with wheelies, cause i feel like being a dumb ass noob before i grow some more brain cells and get that common sense stuff

its a great back up, home protection or range pistol but way to heavy (loaded) so doesn't make a good PPW (personal protection weapon) depends what you want the gun to be used for. i would love to have the

titanium frame, hammerless trigger, 38cal snub nose revolver    small, light and use by all sc state HWY police

I HATE hammerless revolvers.  Something just aint right with a hammerless

funny story...i just bought my fiance a sig p228 for her birthday and the same day we saw her dad(fairfax county cop) and asked what he was carrying...he had a sig p229.  pretty funny they are carrying pretty much the same gun(few exceptions)

hammer less revolvers are great. think about this, if you were a girl (for you girls)

gun in purse, all you have to do is pull it out, it will not get hung up on the strap, also on the same note, if i were tying to get the gun from you as i attacked i can keep you form firing it. because there no hammer.

on Sim-auto there is always a chance of mis fires, this is were the revolver comes in, if it fails to fire, just pull the trigger again, no need to unjam it.

snub nose = small can compact.

38, wide selection for rounds to use, tryed and tested dependable.

I agree, the 38 is a perfect gun for concealed carry.  The wife wanted something better suited for her grip to keep in the house when I was away on business trips so I got her a model 85 Taurus ultra-light snub 38 (5 shot but with hammer).  It soon became my favorite gun.  I was very impressed with the grouping even with the small barrel.  It weights about 17oz. so its great to take on backpacking trips where weight is a concern.
