It wasn't intentional, but it was negligent.
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

A similar thing happened in the Seattle area...  But, it was a guy that didn't tie down his load.  A sheet of plywood came flying off and went through the windshield of the car behind him, killing the driver.

He just kept on driving and didn't say anything for weeks while the it was all over the news that they were looking for him...

They eventually caught his ass and tossed him in prison for a few years.

I'm with Scratch on this. Its not the same as someone who's talking on a cellphone and not watching traffic. But a lot of negligent drivers have gotten away with killing motorcyclists.
