uhm, I don't think 37mm will fit on ANY year GS.

I'm under the impression that 43's are what we have?  I dunno... I don't think its 37mm's.

Hipocracy.... becoming more acceptable with the more power you think you have.

Should be 37mm clipons  look in the members page there are a few 04+ with clipons.
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

LimaXray

yeah it's 37mm... I know a few people have done it, but I'm not sure how... you may have clearance issues with the brake/clutch levers hitting the fairing at full lock

I am also thinking about ordering the Vortexes this thursday.  Please help!  they look sweet as hell but I think there have been the issues with clearance.  I think I read here that one has to remove a part on top of the triple tree, but I'm not sure.  Thanks all!!!1!one!

You remove the top plate, which is what the bars clamp to. Then you slide the forks up enough to allow the clip-ons to clip on fully. If there isn't enough clearance then you rotate the clip-ons so that there is.

Per my signiture, no. I just know a lot of stuff. If you get them and want some help putting them on, come down to Austin and I'll do it for you.

I have Suburban-Machinery Type 2 handlebars.

Thanks for the offer .I would ride down very gladly but as I am sure you already know, the cops on I-35 are something to be avoided at all costs :nono:.  Also, I don't think it should be that hard a mod, but if you wanna come up here and have some beers while  working on the bike, that'd be kool.

Yeah, I've gotten a ticket on I-35 coming down from Dallas, but that's why you go the speed limit along that stretch. Not that hard.
