BIKE STARTS, IDLES great.. but DIES when i give it gas.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

ok so i rejetted my carbs not sure what to do with the jets, i just took the old ones out, put the new ones in, am i supposed to tighten the new jets (skinny ones) or loosen them or where do i set them at as in torque?

and i'm not sure where the hoses go from the electronic thingy majig on the bottom of the right carburetor    ther are 2 black nipples coming off of it, and there should be 2 hoses coming off those nipples (one on each) there are either 1 or 2 T's  with nipples throughout those 2 skinny hoses, what connects to them and where do those 2 hoses connect to?

and as for the black canister mounted onto the frame like 3 inches parallel (ahead) of the right carburetor it has a nipple with a skinny hose, where does that hose run to?

and lastly the skinny hose running from the frame mounted petcock, in the back on the left, where does that skinny hose go to?
