I was out riding some back roads last night...  I was envious of my buddy's passing switch...

I can't really see the point of the switch. I never use it, it's easier just to flick the high/low beam switch with my thumb.

I think its because the passing switch operates high and low beams together to make a very bright light. And if left on to long it gets very, very HOT.
