Yeah, I went and googled that after I noticed that to see when the changeover was. I was under the impression that all the sportbikes got USD forks in '03 along with fuel injection (although the Honda was early on that count). The '03 R6 had conventional forks as well, as did the '03 GSX-R600. Only the ZX-6R got inverted forks and FI all at the same time.

Fun facts!

However, '03 definitely was the big changeover to FI. Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha all got FI on their 600cc supersports.

Yup, according to every article I've read, the ZX-6R was the innovator in the 600cc class as far as USD forks go.  To keep up, the others had to join in and most manufacturers took until 05 to begin offering USD forks on their 600cc bikes.

Yay bikes!

See how cool that looks!!!

I love it.

There is a guy on a local forum that was going to cusom paint his RR.  He wanted to go with a theme like that.  He suggested, at one point, a Spawn theme.

The lower fairing on his bike says "Honda" on it.  I told him he should change it to "Spawnda".  He didn't like that idea too much.

Ohhh a Spawn themed bike, chrome the wheels, extend the swing arm, get some passo levers, momo grips, and powder coat the footpegs :thumb:

Old Mr. Wilson

Taxes are Good. Millions that have been on Welfare for the last 30 years are depending on you. Also Millions that are coming over the border each year are depending on YOU.
Also taxes will fix our shitty schools and roads that have been broken for 40+ years.

You really don't get it do you???
