These are what I ran on my 05 with K&N lunchbox and wileyco exhaust

Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

I would try 3 turns out first.

If you have the dynojet kit you might as well use it.  There's a dynojet kit expert on this board somewhere I can't think of his name.  Maybe pm him what mods you have done and he'll be able to tell you how to set it up.

pilots are bleeding or NON-bleeding? cause I am kinda confused by those types... which ones I need for 2004 GS??

Deathlucky pushed his luck too far, he got caught speeding, was banned and lost his license late last year. Dont hold your breath while waiting for an answer from him guys.

If you have the dynojet kit you might as well use (sell or burn) it.

Anyway, if you have it, EBay the crap and just buy the jets.  You can buy about 30 different jets for the price of one DynoJet scam kit.  And the fact that you have to drill out the carb slides, restrict them, etc, sucks.  (Actually, follow Srinath's idea if you're determined to DJ -- just tap one of the stock slide holes, plug it with a nylon screw and cut it flush.  Easy to remove and reverse in the worst case.)

Ahhhh.......so you weren't mature enough to handle 40hp and now you want 4x that :thumb:  Can I have your liver when you die???   Not going on a tirade just making an observation and giving a simple opinion. :dunno_white:

in DynoJet kit for 2004+ bike you don't have to drill anything!! except the mixture screw plugs of course. I have the DJ and they ain't ask me to drill anything! I'm NOT trying to say that DJ is GOOD cause I have mixed feeling about that... I'm just sayin' U don't drill slides...
Actually I have tiny problem with DJ kit-the FLAT SPOT but I think I was too rich. Today I rode WITHOUT air filer to check if more air helps and actually it did. So I ordered the K&N lunchbox. If it works well I'll keep DJ if not I'll rejet once again with DIY method.
Cheers.

you paid like what.... 75 bucks for your DJ Kit?

I paid 20 for just the jets (which is all you need) and still didn't have to drill anything...

Head to your local shop, tell them you need Mikuni jets.... and tell them what size you want/need.... bring your stock jets with you so they'll know what you want/need.

yeh yeh blah blah, I know I overpaid for DJ, I'm just kinda new in motorcycles and I simply didn't know :):):) Now I'm smarter and I wouldn't buy DJ again. Well I'm gonna wait for the K&N lunchbox, do a test ride and then do an extra adjustments. I think it's gonna be fine :) Even with DJ kit :thumb:
