I just installed my new-ish rear sets that I picked up today from a fellow board member....  :thumb:

They're fairly awesome, I'll let you know after a canyon run or two, but I like them more than the stockers, at the moment.  They work better with my boot, for the most part.

My only question is, now my shifter feels a tad-bit too short.  Any cure for this?

There is another bike out there that I guess the shifter will work with the CFM rearsets...  Lemme search for my old thread I started

Get a GSXR footpeg and install a linkage shifter. You will need to grind 2 little slots for the peg to index into. I did this when I had them.
Common sense in not very common.

btw...this set up for GP shift. I had to use the linkage to reverse the shift pattern.

I was thinking that too.  My dad's VStar 1100 has the same type of shifter.  It took a couple trys of taking it off and putting it back on to get it to shift right.

The splined knucle and tab of the pedal must be parallel to shift smoothly, otherwise it may bind.
