Noone makes anything from what I can tell.  I've been looking for a dual exhaust myself.  From a fabrication standpoint, seems kinda pricey unless you can weld it yourself and have the materials.  The left primary doesn't come straight back after the bend, it goes to the right.  You could try welding a shorty header on right behind the collector for a short underbody single.  I'm actually going to try that myself this week.  I'll let you know how it goes.  Right now I have a supertrapp 3" slip-on and it's god awful sounding.  Kind of like a dirtbike with rusted out exhaust.
Back to the dual exhaust idea... you're also going to have to ditch the center stand to make it work if you want everything underbody.  Performance-wise on a 2 cylinder bike, I'd say a dual exhaust is going to kill power all around.  That's just my opinion, don't really know.
I've seen a few of your other posts.  As far as getting real help on this website.  It's few and far apart.  Lots of opinions but it doesn't really seem like more than a handful know more than how to look pretty on their bike.  There are some really good mechanics on this site though, some with some really cool projects.  Me personally, I've built cars all my life, this is my first dabble in bikes.  It's fun and really easy.  I generally have my bike in parts all over my garage every weekend.  It was all but dead when I bought it and it's back to life and doing really good.  I'm pumped and having fun with it.  Ignore the assholes on here, they're easy to spot.  They usually have 10k+ posts and will slip you a smartass response for anything and no help.
Good luck and have fun with your bike!

my answer was correct  and honest

as you stated.....many are posers
almost all are discustingly cheap
the bike is a total POS....20 yo design.....engine is 30 yo design
and yes I have 2-3 of them and have had 4-6 others

and there is little or no bling parts for the gs

deal with it.....I.E.  make it work or buy a bling bike

look at Jim K's bike .... he's got dual ex....composite tail....360x17 rear tire....SSSA....hella bling streetfighter

Making something should be easy and not too expensive, or you could modify something from another bike (old jap standard)
Get creative, it's pretty simple stuff

Custom and one-off exhaust pipes are available from specialists and this is probably going to be your best option if you are serious about it. Like Werase says, no-one makes things like this for the GS because the demand isnt there. Choping and tacking sections together to fit is possible but its difficult for someone with no MIG/TIG or gas-welding skills (you cant arc-weld thin wall tube) and unless done carefully with smooth bends and no restrictions it will reduce power output. In addition it will probably look like a bunch of myopic chimps made it after a night out on the lash! but if you are happy go...... for it.
This guy has a good reputation and has made replica pipes for friends of mine on the restoration circuit......but he is in the UK along with me. However the website will provide you with some information on what is involved and I suggest you try to find someone similar in your neck of the woods who can do something for you........just make sure you are sitting down when he gives you a quote.

I've not had custom exhaust work done but if I were to start, I'd start asking around the various Harley/chopper oriented shops that are here in town, as well as the dealership I get all my Suzuki bits at.  I don't know what's available in your area or even where you are so this might be a big deal or there may be tons of options.  As far as having a dual exhaust system that actually works well, that might be kind of difficult as well.  The only thing that comes to mind really is getting an improved header, like the one that Jardine uses for their full GS system, and then hacking the thing off as soon as it's under the engine, after that bend point.  From there you're going to want an X-pipe made so this thing can scavenge decently.  Eliminate the center stand for space, the thing will be of no use anymore.  Run the pipes back to the rear a ways, somewhere that mounting them on both sides looks "even".  For cans the sky is the limit and really not the issue beyond getting hangers set up.

Lets pretend you can get the header from a Jardine or Vance and Hines setup from someone on here for cheap, say $50 used.  Refinish for another $50.  I can see this taking a good 5 hours of shop time, so what, $250 for that?  Another $50 for all the pipe and hanger materials, etc.  Probably $150 in cans.  This exhaust will cost, at minimum, $600, using my very loose estimates (anyone here that wants can blow holes in my pricing, this is a quick guess). Is it worth it to you?  I think something more useful would be getting the Jardine single-can exhaust that's available new, or see if you can get one with light use and then play with getting a different can on the thing, maybe shorten it up a bit.  If I didn't already have a full V&H setup on my bike that's what I would be thinking about doing myself.
