Just wondering if anyone knows of a fair, reputable shop in the Baltimore area. I am not too sure about the shop where I bought my bike. Let me know. Cheers

There are two that I know of.

Pete's Cycle's:
I believe they are located on Bel Air Rd off 695 exit 32A I think?  (Look it up first).
I'm not too crazy about these gys and have read a post on some website where come bashed them for work they did.

Cycle World:
Located on Richie Highway, can take 895 S exist for Richie Highway, you'll see it on the right. (should probably get direction anyway).
Haven't gotten repairs there but have bought from parts shop, they seem like good guys.

Also,

Where are you located?  I'm in Canton.  Let me know if you'd like to go for a ride some time.

I bought my bike from Pete's. The sales guy was great, and really worked hard. However, when I got home I had to adjust the tesnsion on the throttle cable (shooting to 5000 rpms in turns), had to adjust the idle, and the handlebars. Wasn't too keen on that. I am located right in the center of Baltimore. I have been to cycle world, and they seem more knowledgeable, but I don't know about them. I am fairly new to riding, but love to go for a ride. I have been heading up Falls road out of Baltimore, a nice windy hilly strip. I also drive to work every day, in College Park.
