thanks to everyone for your thoughts on my    gs 500 k2  knocky sound  at idle,  all  info is very much appreciated,  and it will give me some places to start looking  when i take the bike of the road for the winter months,   it should give me something to do after christmas dinner  while i digest the turkey.
