i think its an awesome idea and i wanna see if people have any pics of what it will look like
perelli speed demons,15t sprocket, full jardine racing exhaust, rejet. COMING SOON-SM bars, maybe a katana rear wheel

Mk1inCali

Photoshop it.  Everybody else will either run full fairings because their bike is all stock, or they have race plastics from another bike, or they are naked and running no fairing, or a little headlight fairing a la Monster.

I think cutting the bottom part off even with the lower bulge would improve its visual flow quite a bit.

The full fairing is ugly. Without the lowers it's even uglier.

I guess to each is their own... personally, you couldn't pay me enough to ride a naked bike.  Especially a gsf.

For the money differance I would have bought a naked.  i really do like them but they certainly dont look as sporty as a full faired.  In my eyes anyway.  I did end up getting a faired version but only because the price was right.

As fot the half faired GS pic I dont care alot for it.  Its all or nothing in my book.

idunno. i like it. i like it alot. my bikes in the shop because it was in a wreck and im trying to figure how i can make it my  "own" bike by the timme it gets out because everyone out here gixxer  or a gs500f because of the whole gas thing. gotta stand out right?  :icon_mrgreen:

I take my bottoms off when the weather is nasty.  Took them off for the first 1k I put on the bike.

If you want to make the bike your "own" do some other mods to it.  Springs, shock, sm2 bars, clip ons, rear sets, brake lines, stuff like that.  And work on the bike yourself.  The more your work on your bike, the more "character" it develops.

And by "character", he means various dings, scratches, and other oopses that make you go "I remember that, it was when my wrench slipped and I knocked the bike off the sidestand!"

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

or that cut from the striping you put on and the razor went a little bit too deep...

Everybody modifies their bike. Riding the wheels off of a stocker: now that's original.  O0

Flame on!

Mk1inCali

Nah, Scratch already did that, and he used a PURPLE bike to get it done.  That's some balls folks!
