I would get it,   if....    you have it check out by a shop   and    only if you want to turn it into a stunt bike 

If your interested you should take it to a shop and have them check out the frame and forks. If those are good get pricing on all the damaged parts. then see how that total price compares to what a non trashed bike would be. Knowing that its been wrecked you should get a discount.
