Hey kids, I've got access to a bandit 1200 donor bike, its a friends, the motor is done. Any thing that I can use with out heavy mods?

keep the bandit and install a kat 600 or 750 engine....heck they dang near give them away.....

Dufus used car oil, and not enough of it.... Bad combo, well done!

So any suggestions? Its gunna go on ebay but I can rape it before. I just wish it was a katana or some bike of more use.

sir, tha 1200 front end is WAY better than a kat ..... 43mm with 4 pot brakes
a little long....but good place to mount clip-ons above the top clamp

I thought using oil whether designed for cars or bikes was indifferent so long as you continue to provide the engine with the right grade and proper lubrication...

I have 10W40 Accel in my bike. Its running fine. Should I get Motul asap???

That Reminds me I went to the Dollar store the Other day and they had STP Brand Oil in 10W40 for $1.65 Quart.I think thats what my 300,000 mile truck is getting on the Next Oil Change.
