golddigger yes, but how did she rip off the family?  for 1. she was in a legal will, 2. the family never gave it up, instead they have spent millions on lawyer fees so she couldn't have it. 

simply by marrying that man, there is no way in hell it was true love like she has said.

thats really not for the courts to decide, an besides, the old man loved her, an he "had" the money.  he was a rich oil tycoon, you think he was gettin taken advantage of?  if im rich when im 90, id love to bang a playmate, an ya can't take it with ya.  an as far as the kids, they were filthy ass rich also, they just got greedy an wanted more of the family fortune.

Anna Nicole had stated several times that she wanted to be like Marilyn Monroe..now if this turns out to be the ultimate act to be like her..I wouldn't be surprised.

Alternatively, it technically wouldn't have been difficult for one of that rich old coots kids to off her and make it look like an overdose...
