Safety Headlight Blinker thingie

what is the part called that will automatically flick your high/low beams to make the bike more noticeable? Headlight emulator? Where can I buy one?

Also I want a LED tailight that does the same thing, one that blinks brightly when you come to a stop.

I remember a while back, someone posted a link to a site that had both, but I lost it.

IF anyone can provide links to these parts I would greatly appreciate it:)
