i've heard that when leaning, you're not supposed to turn your body toward the turn, but rather turn your head, and keep your shoulders perpendicular to the bike.  so, you're supposed to be shifting left-right on your butt, and not turning your waist.  do i have that right?

is their any classes people can take to learn how to get down on the bike in the curves. I can do it but I would like some more confedence when I do it.

Do some local track days. You have several good tracks close to your location in richmond. Many TD orginazations have a novice instruction program. When you become more confident and sure footed on the bike try a race school.

I also suggest twist of the wrist 1 and 2, leanings, and sport riding techniques as excelent reading material.
Why didn't you just go the whole way and buy me a f@#king Kawasaki you bastards.
