For those who remember the first version, please let me know what you think about the final version.
And, why the hell are the pics taking soooo  long to load?!

Better.  If it were a business site I would shrink the text and use a blocky font perhaps (not cursive).  Also I like black background but white is next best.  Try making the TOC a frame on the left.
There is more to this site than a message board.  Check out http://www.gstwin.com

Much improved!  :thumb:  Looking very clean. I only saw one typo: your title still says "Welcome to my first WebsitE". The title I'm talking about is the one at the top of the window, above your page and the icons and menu.

Slowness could be caused by using web pages designed in Word. It adds a lot of extra, unnecessary code, this translates into slower loads. For example, your GS500 picture page could be done with 20 lines of HTML, instead it's 255 lines of HTML and Javascript (I know, Greek). This puts more work on the server, connection and client. Not much you can do about that unless you are willing to learn HTML and Dreamweaver or similar.

One thing you can do is resize/crop your pictures to the correct size in another program, then make sure they are shown at 100%. You've used Word to resize the pictures inline and it sends the full size picture across and resizes at the other end, more slowness. Paint Shop Pro or Microsoft Photo Editor will do the trick. To see this, look at a picture alone: http://oneweb.utc.edu/~edouard-lambert/index_files/image002.jpg

Much better. One suggestion, from a designer's perspective, stacked letters are a no-no. If you want to get funky with the "of", type it correctly and rotate the whole word instead of stacking the letters. Typography 101.
