I think Srinath got dumped by a Hawk GT before. That is the only thing that could explain his unreasonable bitterness towards such a cool bike. :icon_razz:

Heheh some serious bitterness there... LOL. Lighten up Srinath my brother! LOL

OK Srinath you reminded me of a joke:

Did you hear that they banned women from wearing skirts in San Francisco?

OK, I'll stop hijacking the thread now.  VTnoob, make that trade!

Yes ... that would be the only reason I'd not like a shiny, cool, absolutely marvelously engineered but effectively worthless ... heck its worse than worthless, its down right negative worth design feature.
Yea, it looks cool, very very cool, in fact I can even make the case for being easier to remove ... than a regular axle ... if not for the fact that it needs a single sided swingarm stand ... like a centerstand ... makes it easier to remove the wheel ... a whole 5 seconds each time you remove it ... OK fine 30 seconds ...
Its cool looking ... but there isn't a real advantage except in the racing world.
I never said anything about it being anything other than ...  ghey ...
No one here is really objecting to it so far ... its cool, and ghey as George Micheal.
Cool.
Srinath.

Well then to justifiy the ghey nature of the SSSA I'll make it into a track bike.  O0

Hey ... actually would be a solution ... if your race has pitstops in it ... splash and dash with a rear tire change in under 8 seconds ...  :thumb:
Close ... very very close ... but still no cigar ... but very very very close ...
Cool.
Srinath.

DO IT!

Hawks are sweet...  A 650 that's lighter than the GS.  The SV is faster, but the Hawk is cooler.

And a Hawk GT HAS to be more comfortable than an SV.  It has to be.

Everyone post their Hawk GT prOn, please.  Thanks.

I think The Rack would be more comfortable than an SV...  :icon_confused:

I'd do it in a heartbeat.  In fact, why don't you hook me up with who this guy is...I have a CR250 I don't really want.
