Hey, glad to see the idea's taking off.  As a person that's had A LOT of t-shirts made, I can tell you that the picture will not be able to have much detail if you put both bikes on at the sam time.  Each on would end up hand sized, and the screen-print would look blotchy.  So, here are a couple of ideas.  1.  Two different shirts, same design, different bikes.  2.  One shirt with one bike, full size, on each side.  That way you get both bikes on one shirt, and you don't lose any of the detail.

As for which bike is better, I split the difference.  I have a quarter fairing and a chin fairing on my '99.
Something is wrong with my twin...all of a sudden it's V shaped!  Wait, no, now it's a triple!  ...and I IZ NOT a postwhore!

I'd rather not have a full picture on both back and front since that'll look cluttered, so I'd prefer to either have two shirt designs or to just agree on one.

yeah, I reckon to keep it simple to manage, organize etc  maybe one design with one bike on it and if that goes well maybe another later on? I've thought about having the bikes above and below each other but that might be to busy, still might be worth knocking up a design to see I guess... I think often just something simple is best..... maybe something like this....

obviously better quality pic... maybe doing a wheelie? or leaning over as someone else suggested (jay_wolf? I think), the above would look better with the image jazerr posted earlier on I think....

I dunno  :dunno_white:  just some suggestions to add to the pot  :thumb:

I agree with the simple . make 2 shirts on E one F ,*order more E coz were Better * , i do like the slogan *Always Ride Naked * or sum it , BUt yea , LOving this brainstorm :thumb:

I like this.  Maybe put alternate "ride naked" around the circle, or just a slightly larger Ride Naked right side up in the hole at the bottom?  Could also put other quotes on there.  I have "Four wheels move the body, two wheels move the soul" as my email sig.  And a few racer buddies of mine alway said "keep the rubber side down" before going out to ride.

I 2nd that an move to start printing shirts right away.I have a company that will do them. These shirts may go good with the Asheville bike night thread. There's talk of a website, monthly meet n greet, and shirt saying what division we belong to.Check out that thread. Some interesting things could happen.

personally i would ditch the circle thing and just have the bike and gstwin.com  not just for looks but it would also be cheaper to silk screen

I say lose the circle and make 2 shirts, one with the E and one with the F

I like this last one. I would like to see "Ride naked" curved over the top and "keep the rubber side down" curved on the bottom, GSTwin.com on the front

Dan02GS

Hey that looks great, I agree with maybe dropping the circle too. Still it looks cool anyway. As for the ride naked thing, well my wife would put me back in the dog house for wearing that around, she still doesnt get it. hahaha. I am already in the dog house for buying the bike anyway

+1, the circle distracts from the bike a bit. I'd also rather not have some cheesy saying on the back, instead of being simple and elegant it becomes complicated and preachy. I'm especially opposed to the "two wheels move the soul" thing.

there should be two shirts... one with the naked bike with the GStwin.com logo like the one up there ^ and one similar only with a fairing for the "sissies" like me!  :flipoff:  :icon_lol:

although i have one of each, a E and F model i think the bikes history definitely is on the side of the e.  i think the shirt as shown above is the best and i would get one right away when available.
