knob for tripometer

I don't know what it is caled but the little knob that allows me to reset my tripometer somehow fell off.  Anyone have any lying arund taht I could buy?  Thx

1.choose your year-prob the smae for all but w/e
2. choose your bike
3.click on "speedometer/tachometer"
4. should be #2 on there

There's this TEENSY little Phillips-head screw in there... I was sorely tempted to put some blue Loctite on it, but it's so small I was afraid I might just strip the head out the next time I tried to get it out, and that would be worse than losing it... so I just snug it down.

Happened to me too - just a few bucks to replace and easily done with help from the posts above.

true. but then again the screw would be cheaper to replace then the knob. I'm just gonna tighten it once in a while.

Just replaced mine about a week ago. I wouldn't order it online, though. Shipping will cost more than the knob and screw combined. Order from the dealer, & skip the shipping cost.
