Hello,

I have a 2002 GS500 for sale.  I live in Fairfield, Ohio about 20 miles north of Cincinnati, Ohio.  The GS has 9400 miles on the odometer and I am selling it for $2450.00.

This bike  is in great shape, check out the photos at this site - http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v620/rcepluch/ .

It also runs perfectly; the carburetors, air cleaner and exhaust are 100% stock.  None of these items have been tampered with.

The bike is completely stock with the exception of  progressive springs, mentioned below, and a LED light bar mounted on the bottom of the license plate (wired to operate as an additional stop light).

Several items on the bike are brand new:

1)  The front forks were  completely rebuilt just 80 miles ago; new oil seals, dust seals, metal slide & piston (bushings), o-rings, fork cylinder gaskets, fresh 10W fork oil and replacement "progressive suspension" springs.

2) Bridgestone Battlax BT-45 130/70 H-17 rear tire (no accumulated mileage).

3) Suzuki OEM FB10L-B2 Battery (used for 80 miles).

The bike has been completely cleaned and polished, there is a full tank of fresh "stabilized" gasoline, and the oil/filter only has 80 miles of use.

This bike looks great, runs great and is ready to ride today.

Hello Patrick,

Well, I just had a guy from Dayton, Ohio stop by today to look at the GS with his father-in-law.  They both liked the bike very much.  I promised him I would hold the bike for him through Tuesday.  If he can't decide what to do by then I will let you know.

There is a link to "photobucket" on my post.  If you click on that link you can see some really good shots of the bike.  When you click on one of the thumbnails the picture that comes up can be enlarged by clicking on it.  The picture gets much clearer when you do that.

Thanks for the inquirery.

Hello again Patrick,

I posted before I realized you had sent an additional post.

Thanks anyway,  and good luck with your search for a GS500.  You will love this bike.  It's hard for me to let mine go.
