Im wondering which bike has more power/torque,aggressive riding position and aftermarket mods. CBR F4i or a fully faired sv650 W/clip-ons.

the cbr  you are more up on the tank then you are on the sv....Although if you really want an agressive riding style try the kawi 636 or a 04 gsxr 750

afrostang

I would think the CBR, and i like them alot more too

blue05twin

I thought the SV with clip on's had a more agressive riding postion than the 4Fi.
Torque SV
HP 4Fi

Aftermarket is great for both bikes.   Take a ride on each and see what you are more comfortable riding.  Power / torque is not everything.

Unrelated but werid.  I had to ride my dad's yami 1100 silverado home from the dealer, had some warranty work done to it.  Sitting postion was more comfortable but my legs hurt from riding the 1100 where as on the gsxr I have never had that problem.   The gsxr was also eaiser to ride.  Maybe I'm just werid.
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

Im not into any of those bike. I like the look of both the SV and the F4i I sat on both and both are comfy for me. and I would never buy a yamaha or kawi, dotn like any of their bike that much.

If by "more aggressive" you mean "which is more incomfortable", then the SV by a long shot.  the CBR was designed with sport ergos from the get go.  The SVS feels like an afterthought.

natedawg120

honestly I think that the SVS is a pretty comfy bike, but that is just me.  The F4i is also comfy maybe a little moreso than the SVS but that is because the seat is a little more plushy
Bikeless in RVA

So I went and sat on both bike today and both bikes a friggin light compared to the GS, Im leaning more towards the blue F4i but may get the yellow cuz I like to match my helmet. :icon_rolleyes:.  Im also looking at some cbr600rr's but still unsure from what I read about boht cbr's is the power is almost the same just minor differences but the f4i is more comfy than the rr. So we will see I still need to pay off the gs.

My wife chose the F4i as her birthday present in april. She like's the ergo's very much. The few times I have ridden her bike it feels very strange being able to sit up comfortably in comparison to the riding position on mine. Can't give you a comparo though since I havent had the chance to ride the SV. I am biased though and believe the F4i is the way to go.
Why didn't you just go the whole way and buy me a f@#king Kawasaki you bastards.

you truly are dense mach1

neither is what you want if you're looking for an aggressive sport bike. cbr600rr, R6, Kaw 636, gsx-r6
I agree, any repli-racer is more agressive.  I had a GSX-R600 and loved it.  Some of my friends who ride new CBR600RRs complained about the comfort, and their bikes are alot more comfortable, but I like my Suzukis.  I rode the new Gixxer 1000 and its actually comfortable.  Its a little more compact riding position than the last gereration but its not to bad.
