Looks like the NC ruling only had to do with where the revenue from the cameras will go, not their legality.

Anytime I hear or read the words "Automated Enforcement" I shudder, and i wonder who in the hell could really think this is a good idea?  Does the term "due process" not immediately come to peoples minds here?

How do those point systems work? In Louisiana the cops will write you as many tickets as you'd like. Thankfully Louisiana can barely keep the roads paved, cutting edge law enforcement tech. is a lowwww priority.
