Wrestling with a few punches thrown in.
Personally I'm a huge boxing fan, so it always seems to me that they throw a few punches and then fall down and roll around on the the floor alot.

JakeD-getting your nipple pierced is not crazy. Killing a drifter to get an errection? Now that's crazy!

But if you come from a wrestling background, like I do, that is the best part.

I"m more into the stand up styles. Boxing, Karate, etc.

I do have to say I saw that one knockout a couple months ago. It was some big name guy who got KO'd. Before he even had a chance to shoot the other guy clipped him with a perfect hook.

If you have a good take down defense, like the Iceman, then you don't fall down a lot. But once you understand the skill/tactic (all the locks) of BJJ then the ground fight is a beautiful piece of art to watch.
