Cracked Pickup?

I opened up the ignitor cover on the right side of the bike and saw that one of the pickups(the thing with magnets under it...I'm guessing) is cracked. is this a problem or should I not worry about it?

If it's only a small crack in the plastic of the coil and it itself is secure in it's position I wouldn't
worry about it for now but check it from time to time .
If it begins to disintegrate you can only replace the coils as a set

if its cracked and are still having those riding issues then i would say  replace it.
