Parting out entire engine, 1991 so it is black

Side covers are in pretty good condition, have some scratches on side, but are painted over. They keep a tight seal and do not leak.

Oil pan good condition, clean $40

Valve cover - $30


Stock Cams- $35


Cam chain Tensioner-$15


Oil Filter cover- Cosmetically great, and holds tight seal- $20 (will include caps if needed)

Complete Clutch Assembly- $30


Complete Head - $40



Starter Cover - $10



Stock Negative battery cable (connects battery to engine ground)- works great $5

Stock Starter Cable (runs from starter to solenoid) - also works great - $5

Carb boots (rubber mounts for carbs from carb to head) - $10

Right Side Clutch Cover- In good condition. Some scratches but has been painted over. Includes dipstick. DOES NOT LEAK OIL - $18



Left Side Stator Cover - Some scratches also been painted over. Good shape. DOES NOT LEAK OIL - $20

New petcock $40

2 Gas tank petcocks (with screens)- replaced with pingl still in good working order - $25 each

Lower end is fine.

Sounds like I have exactly what you need. Can you be more specific?

i'm in oregon, i need basicly the two engine cases and all the parts that go inside perferably not taken apart. if it seized from overheating though, how do you know that the lower end is still good? and asking price + shipping?

You are right Davipu,

the crank doesn't look too hot, and has discoloration from heat. I'm probably not going to take anything else apart.

That being said, I don't want this sitting around my garage. If someone wants  some really good cases tranny stuff, and other things that could be sacrificed from the lower end let me know. I will be willing to let it go for next to nothing.

What year is the petcock for?  Was it used at all?

Do you still have the 2 Gas tank petcocks (with screens)??  I need one for a 94 GS500.

Parts are off a 1991 GS500 with exception of turn signals which are off a 2002. The petcocks all functionally are the same, some of the later ones have a plastic knob instead of metal, this one has metal and we all know metal is better than plastic

I just sold one gas tank pet chicken, and still have the other available, however I don't have any screens left.

Sorry but no front forks.

I do have some stiff front springs, probably really really nice for a person over 200 lbs. They just drop right in.
Will give them up for cash + stock springs.

I can't believe no one wants that gas cap.
