Speedo cable removal.

So I bought a Vapor Trail Tech and have it all installed, but I'm wondering what to do with the old cable locations.  I know I can order a plug/cap for the tach cable, but what do I do with the speedo cable attachment at the wheel?  Can I use another spacer from the other side?  I think I measured and if my memory serves me right it was only off by like a half a mm.  Any comments? Suggestions?  What have others done?

Thanks for the help

Yeah I can get the cable out, but I don't want that mount thing spinning and gathering dirt/gunk.  So if there is some way to dismantle it or replace it with something that would be helpful.

Thanks Rylon
